Data deletion request

If you are a customer who wrote to a shop

The messages you sent belong to that shop's records. You have two options.

• Tell the shop you were chatting with that you want your conversation history deleted.
• Or email us at contact@wasuai.app, giving the name of the shop you wrote to and the account name you used, so we can find your data.

If you are a shop using the service

Email us at contact@wasuai.app from the address you signed up with, saying that you want all of your shop's data deleted. We will verify your identity before acting.

Facebook and Instagram users

You can withdraw the permissions you granted this app at any time under Settings and privacy → Settings → Apps and websites in your own account. Withdrawing stops any further access immediately; to remove data already stored, follow the steps above.

How long it takes

We will verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days of receiving it, and will confirm the outcome by email.
