Our service
Wasu AI brings a shop's messages from several channels into one inbox, answers customers automatically from the knowledge base the shop sets up, and lets staff step in and take over a conversation.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only chat channels that you own or are authorised to manage.
- Keep your staff accounts and passwords confidential.
- Use the service in line with Thai law — including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA) — and with the terms of the originating platforms (Meta, LINE).
- Do not use the service to send unsolicited, misleading or unlawful messages.
- You are responsible for the content you add to your knowledge base, and for the answers generated from it.
Limits of automatic replies
Answers generated by AI can be wrong. Shops should keep their knowledge base accurate, and should have a person take over for anything binding, such as prices, payment terms or specialist advice.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee it will never be interrupted. It may pause for maintenance, or because of events outside our control, including changes to the terms of the originating platforms.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by writing to the email below. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why.
Personal data
Collection and use of data follows our privacy policy.
